Bring on the snow! Woodlawn first and second graders are learning about weather and made fake snow!

January is National Mentoring Month! Mentors provide attention, support, and enrichment, and help connect their mentees to resources that may help them on their journey in life. Thank you to our Woodlawn mentors for supporting our Wildcat students!

January 13, 2023 Word from Woodlawn - Have a great long weekend!

We’re excited that Woodlawn Elementary has earned @EPA’s @ENERGY STAR certification 2nd year! Here’s to another year of cutting energy waste, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and doing our part to protect the environment!

SaulPaul became famous for succeeding when most people thought he would fail. He chose to #BeTheChange. And now he's on a 100 city tour! And he visited Woodlawn Elementary!

First grade students created cut paper collage self portraits in art with Mrs. McDonald.

Ms. Rhodes wrapped board games for all her students to have a gift to take home on the last day before Winter Break!

Woodlawn Wildcats were able to listen and sing along with the 5th and 6th Grade Strings Ensemble led by Dr. Green and Mr. Torres!

Mr. Torres and Dr. Green led our Woodlawn Carolers through the halls to help spread holiday cheer during our last week before Winter Break!

Thank you to the United Women in Faith from Woodlawn Faith United Methodist Church! They presented Woodlawn with a donation to use for our school! We are so thankful for your generosity!
