Mr. McGuin is a proud product of FCPS.  He attended Rose Hill ES, Mark Twain MS and graduated from Edison HS.  In 2000 Mr. McGuin became part of the Woodlawn ES team as a Physical Education Teacher.  He quickly realized how special the school, community, staff, and students of Woodlawn ES truly were.  Although, Mr. McGuin truly loved being a physical education teacher he thought he could do more and affect a greater amount of change as an administrator.  After a lot of hard work, dedication and perseverance he proudly joined Woodlawn administrative team in 2014.  Mr. McGuin feels very fortunate to be able to continue to support and shape the school and community that he fell in love with back in 2000.

During his time off Mr. McGuin enjoys working out, playing Basketball with the Woodlawn staff, gaming and time with his wife, two daughters and his dog.
