Mindfulness Guide
- Mindfulness practices are designed to promote nervous system regulation and to assist students in learning how to safely feel, express and release BIG feelings they may experience while at school.
- Individual Peace Pod sessions are offered to students to practice mindfulness.
- Creates weekly mindfulness videos to promote mindfulness on a school-wide level.
