Family Liaison 

  • Our family liaison serves as a link between our families and our schools. 
  • Facilitates family-school communication, which empowers families to become more active partners in their children’s education.
  • Hosts monthly "coffee talk" events to connect Woodlawn parents with Woodlawn staff. 
  • Connects families with resources and / or information on how to obtain resources. 

Mindfulness Guide

  • Mindfulness practices are designed to promote nervous system regulation and to assist students in learning how to safely feel, express and release BIG feelings they may experience while at school.
  • Individual Peace Pod sessions are offered to students to practice mindfulness. 
  • Creates weekly mindfulness videos to promote mindfulness on a school-wide level.
